Floppy-sized SBC supports Intel Tiger Lake and Iris Xe

LE-370 uses the 11th generation i7 as its default processor, and dual-core Celeron as a lower specification option. The Celeron option is not equipped with an Iris Xe graphics card, we only have an Intel UHD graphics card, which is sufficient for the expected use case.
