We are surrounded by stories throughout our work lives-from job interviews, negotiations with colleagues, advertising, news, business meetings, data presentations and fundraising. How well you persuade others depends on how well you tell the story.It’s time to master this art storytelling.
Why is it effective?

Stories will attract your emotional brain, which is older and more powerful than your logical brain. Story education and entertainment. Then decide on the medium-oral, written, visual, digital/video or project presentation. Finally, create a script and make a story. Remember, your story needs to have a character, a challenge, and a success/failure conclusion.

30 second ad
Watch great TV and digital commercials. In 30 seconds or less, they will capture your emotions. A simple story, a background person and props, a possible gain, the pain of loss and the urge to possess are the steps involved. Likewise, put the best part of your story first, and omit less important parts in short talks and elevator speeches.
New job or University admission
Both college admissions essays and job interviews directly ask you to share stories. Decipher your college admissions by sharing unique and deep personal experiences, attract readers, inspire excitement, and bring satisfying positive conclusions to your studies. Then describe the journey to acquire the superpowers, magic or tools the hero will use. Finally, summarize how the hero succeeded and lived a happy life ever since. 4. Self, America, now
The public narrative technique developed by Harvard University professor and civil rights organizer Marshall Ganz takes three steps to transform values into action. Use three questions-if I don’t do it for myself, who will do it? If I only do it for myself, who am I? If not now, when will it be? The answer lies in self, us, now. Describe what you need to do, the common values and goals of the community, and the choices you need to make to realize your dreams. Observe the actions of public leaders in this area and use it to unite your team or build a company.
