After failed attempts at moving GPU manufacturing stages out of China, a group of companies including Nvidia, Intel, HP and ZOTAC have all urged the U.S. government to institute a temporary tax exemption for imported electronics – a measure imposed by the Trump Administration in wake of the U.S.-China trade wars.
