Overclocking group OGS With a core frequency of 2.8GHz and a 3D Mark Port Royal score of 18,726, the RTX 3080 Ti has just achieved the highest overclocking record so far.The graphics card used is Galax RTX 3080 Ti HoF OC Laboratory Edition XOC Special Edition.
Just like the other Hall of Fame (HoF) cards in the Galax lineup, 3080 Ti variant Designed to maximize the performance of the 3080 Ti core. It is equipped with a 450W TDP and a thick three-slot three-fan cooler.
Unfortunately, we do not have complete details about the entire HoF product line of the 3080 Ti, but we hope it will be very similar to the RTX 3090 variant. They have six different models, three of which are only sold in China. OC Lab Edtion is also one of them.
2.8GHz overclocking is very impressive for the RTX 3080 Ti, but we are sure it can be pushed higher because the RTX 3090 has already reached 3GHz logo. Perhaps once overclockers have a better understanding of the limits of the 3080 Ti, the slightly less core count of the 3080 Ti will allow the GPU to beat its big brother.
